Originally released in 1998, Warhammer: Dark Omen has quietly earned its place as a beloved classic in the Warhammer Fantasy universe. Its atmospheric storytelling, early use of 3D battlefields, and memorable characters left a gentle but lasting impression on many players. Decades later, it has become a cherished cult classic that players still speak of with admiration and fond nostalgia. This is the first time the game is available on Steam, with adjustments to support modern systems (see "WHAT’S INSIDE THIS RELEASE" in the section below).

About the Game
In a war-torn world, mighty armies clash to decide the fate of imperiled realms. Brave warriors march forward accompanied by fearless heroes, terrifying monsters and devastating machines of war. Swarms of arrows darken the sky, swords clash against shields, and bloody banners are held aloft in victory, amongst the carnage of the battlefield.

I only just discovered that this was available here on STEAM! Of course I purchased immediately!
Graphics are old looking, a nice candidate for a modern remake, this one deserves it big time!
Still plays okay though, pretty tough, you'll save and restore often.
The graphics option is confusing to setup, it's an old game... Plays good, no issues the short time played.

When I was around 16 years old in 1998..my mum used to advertise her coffee shop at the local video shop, who also rented games.
As a PS1 owner, I rented this game and fell in love with it......As it was required to return the game after 2 days, I worked out that If I returned the game in the morning, but rented it again in the afternoon ( when the staff had swapped over) that I could cycle this behaviour, keeping hold of the game for quite along time...eventually completing it..."We are Victorious"
What a cracking little game...back when playability was king and graphics werent an issue...When I saw it here I didnt even hesitate to buy it.....
Id love to see a remake, not loosing its charm.
