User Reviews
I originally left a negative review back on June 1 because I ran into several frustrating bugs when I first this game. My dogs were constantly stuck in a sick loop, the cleanup mechanics were glitchy, and some achievements like Park Manager just wouldn't unlock. I posted a bug report on April 30 and didn't hear back for a while, which was a bit disappointing at the time.
However, the developer recently reached out, apologized for missing the initial report, and pushed out an update that directly addressed everything I mentioned. They fixed the upgrade glitches, improved the attendant reliability, added a much needed edit park mode to move decorations, and finally got the achievements working properly. They even took the time to help me troubleshoot a version mismatch issue on the discussion board to make sure my game was fully updated.
A toggle to hide the game isn't available just yet as of this review, but the developer mentioned they are currently working on it. Even without that feature, it's really refreshing to see an indie developer take feedback to heart and turn things around like this. The game is relaxing, casual experience I was hoping for now that the rough edges have been smoothed out. If you enjoy simple idle games to keep running in the background while you work or browse, this game will worth your time.
