From the makers of Lighthouse of Guiding Flames, Graces is a very solid horror mystery visual novel. The art is even more fantastic now, and I just love the character designs.

You'll view the perspectives of multiple girls to learn how their actions may have led to the death of the distraught girl Mitsuki we meet at the start of the story. Was she cursed, were any of these girls responsible for her death? There are a lot of twists and turns, and some nice creepy moments. It's not a very frightening game, and there are no jump scares, but it's pleasantly unsettling. It's great to see the mystery unravel, and there are multiple endings that are each satisfying in their own way, as well as some surprisingly fleshed out bad endings.

Only downside here are some grammatical errors with the localization, just like with the prior game, but it's perfectly readable and a no brainer for fans of this genre of visual novel.

A beautifully-crafted story filled to the brim with sadness and regret.
Amazing art, atmosphere and soundtrack.
Let's not make rituals with unknowable horrors beyond our realm, expecting them to go well.

Это не главная проблема новеллы, но хочу отметить звук.
Во‑первых, почти все звуки бесплатные.
Во‑вторых, они повторяются помногу раз за игру.
Это полностью обезличивает новеллу и разрушает атмосферу.
