User Reviews
Not a bad character, adds an interesting mechanic and get strong pretty quickly with the right expansions in play.
She may seem overpowered, but it's not as easy to snowball as it seems. Still, a solid character, and a comforting one to play since you can catch up later than most.
I love this DLC because I can kill myself and my friends at the same time.
This character is most useful when used with an expansion with high Strength enemies, such as Dungeon. Most recently I was playing her with the new Firelands expansion when the dreaded Ifrit Sultan was drawn. (It can send the game into an infinite spiral of death if drawn early in the the game and not dealt with quickly.) But with the Martyr, all I had to do was wait to land on his space and the game was saved. What a relief! And to make the character even better, you have an easier time healing lives thanks to her pray +1 ability. One of my favorite characters for sure.
Nomad Games retroactively changes the terms of their contracts. I cannot recommend buying anything from this company nor will I do business with them again.
